Olly moss uses simple shapes and bold colours in his work by
doing this it makes his images stand out and very attractive.
In the dirty
harry poster he uses different shapes in a very clever way. He make the
silhouette of a face using the edge of a smoking gun.
Great use of a limited colour palette and some of the designs use clever graphic elements (Clint Eastwood’s face is made from the negative space of his Magnum) and some shadows form multiple images (Rocky’s arms being help high in silhouette as part of the steps he runs up in the famous montage, training scene.

In the ‘stay sharp’ image the use of the finger being a
pencil uses humour with a sharpener meaning the literal term ‘stay sharp’
meaning a pencil.
